I designed the full identity system, including logo, colour palette, typography and a custom illustration library used across the site's service categories, from cleaning and gardening to handyman repairs and pet care. The hand-drawn icon style was designed to feel warm and approachable, softening what could otherwise be a purely transactional service into something more personal and trustworthy.
